We have reached the weekend again and the gameplan should still be the same. Get your healthy food in as your base, keep active by at least walking daily (hitting some workouts would be even more of a benefit too), drink your water, and stick to a plan of how you're gonna "treat yo'self".
We are so close to the end of the month, keep pushing to the end!
