Finding Balance Without Burning Out
I’ve tried the all-or-nothing mindset with food and workouts more times than I can count.
Strict plans, heavy restrictions, big promises and then eventually crashing.
Lately I’ve been leaning into slower mornings, more mindful meals, and just moving my body without punishing it.
It’s not perfect, but it feels a lot more real.
Curious to see how others are approaching that space between extremes.😁
