SALES LEADER (LOGISTICS)

Requirements
โข At least 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
โข Knowledge of food-related products or logistics is highly preferred.
โข Good command of English.
โข Familiar with regulatory and compliance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
โข Develop and maintain relationships with key local Vietnamese clients (Japanese accounts are managed by the Japanese team).
โข Coordinate closely with local logistics partners and service providers.
โข Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
โข Support business visits and meetings with colleagues from Japan.
โข Lead and supervise the sales team across both Northern and Southern Vietnam.
โข Provide guidance and coaching to team members on challenging customer cases.
