Here're some ways I used to reach 80+ reps: 1 - Separated Sets Do 5 sets a day (in different times of the day) Do 80% of your max reps in each of them (32 reps if your max is 40) 2 - Drop Sets Do 1 set of max reps, then move on to an easier progression, like kneeling push-ups ( Don't do it a lot because it's not good for your nervous system ) 3 - Random Training Do micro-sets through out your day.. of around 60-70% of your max reps. Do a lot of them 4 - Do Helper Exercises Dips, Psuedo push-ups and pike push-ups can improve your push-ups performance 5 - Weighted Push-ups Add weight and do lower rep range

Help With Handstand Hold!
Hi! I'm having a little problem with my handstands, I sometimes really focus while doing it, but can't balance and fall in less than 5 seconds, and other times I feel like it's really easy and I hold it for more than 25 seconds and I get down intentionally because I got bored, How can I fix this problem? I'm not consistent in my holds. Some more information that can help: age: 16 years old weight: 58kg push-ups max: 85 reps dips max: 35 reps dips 1 rep max: +35kg pull-ups max: 20 reps pull-ups 1 rep max: +22.5kg

@Daemon Caliversity Ok, I'll incorporate piked push-ups with my pushing exercises in my push day.. but for lats and shoulder mobility.. what do you suggest me to do? I have no idea, maybe skin the cat?

I can comfortably do handstand with the support of wall, even balance without wall support for few seconds ! Will unlocking handstand help me with my planche !?

Nice bro, keep up the momentum! And yeah, the handstand will help you to unlock more advanced skills like 90-degree hold, then planche or handstand push-up.. etc. Just keep it up, stay consistent and do your best

@Gourav Shree It won't help with the balance but with the strength
Does weighted chalisthenics help?
For the last few months, I was doing weighted chalisthenics with weight lifting. I was planning to continue this year bulking this way, and after that start cutting while practicing skills only. Is that a good idea or not? and why? Thanks for your help <3 Some more information about me that might help: weight: 58kg height: 166cm dips: 35 reps pull-ups: 20 reps dip 1 rep max: +35kg pull-up 1 rep max: +22.5kg I'm generally stronger in pushing that pulling exercises.

@Daemon Caliversity The problem is, I can't have a consistent diet -yet-, cuz I live with my family and I still don't have a separate source of income. But I'm trying my best
