Hi! I'm having a little problem with my handstands, I sometimes really focus while doing it, but can't balance and fall in less than 5 seconds, and other times I feel like it's really easy and I hold it for more than 25 seconds and I get down intentionally because I got bored, How can I fix this problem? I'm not consistent in my holds.
