I’ve been unwell recently
I’ve not been able to record workouts like I used to and it’s made me feel useless. But tonight I remembered what I tell you all, “we have to be bendable - we can aim to achieve something but sometimes we have to alter the method” What I’m trying to achieve is to keep you all engaged and wanting to get more active. So tonight I had a lightbulb moment - I don’t have to do the exercises - I can search for good classes that I’d recommend and give them to you, just while I’m physically unable to. I’ve found a new dog walking route that’s nicely increased my weekly step average - 5 days this week over my 10,000 aim 😊

Feeling in a better place right now - food and movement all on track. Was inspired by another post (Sue’s I think) to make Carly’s banana muffin/loaf recipe and have been enjoying that with fresh strawberries and Greek yoghurt for breakfast this week 😊

Win - I looked after my grandson yesterday and often I worry so much about what I’m feeding him that I forget to plan my own lunch. Yesterday I made sure to pick up stuff for myself and enjoyed a high protein wrap with low fat cottage cheese and prawns. Also had a slice of the cinnamon protein cake mid afternoon (your recipe @Carly Harvey) . Struggle: Still had wine in the evening, more than I should’ve.
