Still time to choose YOU! What will you do for you? Who will actually do my 20min workout? I want to know when you will do it!….. Because we can have all the tools and still not show up…. I’ve got you, let’s go!

Task 20mins
We are all too busy - too busy looking after everyone else doing things that just are autopilot duties - we don’t realise that we actually need to take a little bit time for ourselves. It’s something we all struggle to do, me included but today I am going to challenge you to take 20 minutes for yourself. Do something that is just for you - not for someone else - only you! Comment below and let me know what it is that you do today and how you feel after ❤️✨

Looking after my grandson today but he’s just gone down for a nap, so am having a cup of tea and a sit down ☺️
Steps
A work day yesterday (sitting almost constantly between 8-5), but was determined to try and get in 10,000 steps (which a few years back I did so easily). It wasn’t easy, but I did it - and I’m ready to do it again today x
This cake has helped me drop almost 7lbs since Xmas
You know when you’ve got a sweet tooth and people say “just cut out biscuits and chocolate” like it’s that easy? 🙄 Because if you’re anything like me, sweet treats haven’t just been a phase… they’ve been part of my life for a long, long time. The problem with sugary foods isn’t just the calories – it’s the energy slump that comes after. One biscuit turns into three, then suddenly the whole packet’s gone. Once you pop, you really can’t stop. So instead of trying to rely on willpower (which never worked for me), I did something different. I started making a few high-protein cakes that still feel like a proper treat. No sugar. No fat. And they keep me full for hours. I’ve been eating these almost every day for the last month and honestly… game changer. I don’t even think about the biscuit tin anymore. This is my go-to. My kids love them too, and especially in winter it feels like I’m having something really stodgy and comforting – except it actually works with my goals instead of against them. And here’s the mad part… this is the only thing I’ve changed in the last month. Same meals, same routine. So I can hand on heart say the drop in weight has come from one simple change – swapping mindless sugary snacks for something that actually fuels me. Proof that fat loss doesn’t come from restriction… it comes from smarter swaps 💛 Grab recipe here https://stan.store/cooharvey80_708/p/get-coach-carlys-apple-cinnamon--sultana-cake
