Win - I looked after my grandson yesterday and often I worry so much about what I’m feeding him that I forget to plan my own lunch. Yesterday I made sure to pick up stuff for myself and enjoyed a high protein wrap with low fat cottage cheese and prawns. Also had a slice of the cinnamon protein cake mid afternoon (your recipe @Carly Harvey) . Struggle: Still had wine in the evening, more than I should’ve.

Just got a cinnamon apple protein loaf in the oven - took me a while to find the coconut flour in the shops 😊. I’ll post a picture later x

Food has remained pretty good, but weekends are always a bit more challenging. I need to be more consistent with pre planning and prepping meals and still want to reduce alcohol intake.
