A work day yesterday (sitting almost constantly between 8-5), but was determined to try and get in 10,000 steps (which a few years back I did so easily). It wasn’t easy, but I did it - and I’m ready to do it again today x

There is a young girl who has been going to the gym for a while now.lovely long blonde hair and she always works on her own in the weights.. on my way out tonight I thought I would tell her that she was looking fabulous.. her transformation is amazing.. I apologised for interrupting her and said I hope she didn't mind d if I told her she looked phenomenal..she was soooo happy and grateful she nearly cried .. I am so pleased I did that 🥰

Omg…. This euro hasn’t gone to plan! We drove 5 hrs from Barcelona supposedly to Malaga but ended up on a detour to Benidorm 🤦‍♀️ I’m glad to say I stuck to the water but I couldn’t escape Benidorm strip. Although we ended up in the ‘Benidorm series’ hotel 😂 My wins are I didn’t drink and had 4hrs sleep 💪 However this is the current situation at 10am 🤦‍♀️ I’m glad I’m driving

Lack of sleep has drained me this week. I’m going home to recoup. I’m proud Ive decided to learn Spanish. My win is getting everyone to airport by 9.30am. I’m glad I’m good at herding cats. Im glad I’ve experienced this weeks road trip I’m glad to be at the airport awaiting our flight home I’m glad we missed the storms I’m glad no one got arrested 🤦‍♀️ I’m glad the stolen pig made it home I’m glad we took the metro Im glad for Rual’s cocktails I’m glad the pig fitted in the lift I’m glad the homeless man joined us on part of our road trip I’m glad we all ran fast I’m glad for the large olive tree I’m glad I had spare carrier bags 😬 I’m glad I’m a strong swimmer I’m glad I took lots of photographic evidence 😂 I’m glad we missed our flights to Thailand, vegas, Dubai Marrakesh and Amsterdam I’m glad we made it to Barcelona I’m glad our road trip detoured to Benidorm, Cartagena, Almeria and Mojocar I’m glad I don’t have to eat another ham & cheese sandwich or toasty again. Im glad I knew how to pilot a speedboat 🤦‍♀️ I’m glad I have a wicked sense of humour I’m glad I survived this week. I’m glad I didn’t drink much I’m glad I get to do it all again in 3 weeks 😬

A good couple of days , a later afternoon night out with some wine to celebrate my step daughters 20th birthday Saturday. A long walk and gardening today to burn the excess off and finishing the day with a tray bake of colour and protein and fibre to replenish ahead of Monday 🤩
