We know protein is more expensive so we’ve built plates with more carbs. We don’t think much of paying for a massage, buying a bottle of wine or a new handbag. So spending a little extra on more protein won’t break the bank! Instead of a bit of tuna - have a whole tin, Instead of a few slices have a whole chicken breast Then add some fibre (colours are your best friend) These tweaks will get you faster results 💯
