Weekend
I have been very busy decorating my kitchen this weekend so lots of movement, I’m shattered!! Water has not been great as I’ve been busy but food has been good. Banana, choc spread on protein wrap for breakfast, tuna mayo jacket potato and chicken salad for lunches, then pizza for last nights dinner and chicken fajitas for dinner tonight with salad! A few ciders last night too! Hope everybody had a good weekend!

Breakfast porridge, bananas, honey and flax seed Lunch, mackerel salad, handful of nuts Dinner, Carly’s healthy chicken and rice - on the go as I have army cadets

Today’s food
Banana with chocolate spread on a protein wrap for brekkie, chicken salad with coleslaw for lunch and steak with salad for dinner with a glass of Prosecco coz I’d had a stressful day! Water has slacked today with only 1ltr done but that will be back over 2ltrs tomorrow!
