Struggles are real, they are normal
I’d be lying if I pretended they don’t exist. Seeing as I promote my “perfect is not real, real is not perfect” philosophy I’m going to share my struggle today. Very little sleep due to pain, feeling absolutely fed up - I’ve done exactly what I shouldn’t do. I’ve not eaten🙈 Well. I had breakfast as I was starving! Hunger hits hard in the morning with little sleep. But then I skipped lunch as I’m just so tired What do you think happened? Yep you’re right I delved into a box of ritz crackers. Now I’m not demonising these crackers - they’re taste good. But then as a lunch?.. no protein and lots of fat! As I laid down thinking what do I need to post that will help my clients; it struck me that this is probably something you’ll all connect with So what I ate crackers, does that mean I write off the day? Well in truth the old me would have spiralled until Monday!!! 😱 But I recognise that is where I used to go wrong; so instead I got back up & ate some chicken breast and some blueberries - to ensure I’m fulfilled until dinner 🤩 This could have so easily been a write off - but the truth is it doesn’t have to be? So that’s my struggle today! What’s yours? And I know you’ll all have one - because, as I said “perfect is not real and real is not perfect@

On holiday
We’ve come down to Poole for a long weekend away. With plenty of walks and dancing, my steps have been great and as eating out a lot, I’ve stuck to the PFF plan as much as I can 💪

Before next week begins… Take two minutes. Ask yourself: ✨ What went well? ✨ What challenged me? ✨ What did I learn? ✨ What’s ONE thing I’ll improve next week? Remember… We’re building habits.
