So I am in seven or eight different group chat chats with members of this community at almost every single one of them people have brought up the need to get into shape. Which has inspired me to get into shape. Since I already know, this is a goal for a ton of you. I'm going to hold myself accountable on this thread. You are more than welcome to join me. My workout plan is to lift weight six days a week and get 10,000 steps every day. I am starting at this post on day 3.

New to Multifamily but have SFH's in Florida. Family reasons moved to CA but from UK. Have picked size etc for buybox and spent first month getting through course and losing myself in language and strating to get there now. Location is next pick and settled on AZ and or Central / Southern FL. AZ becasue it is closer and easier probably to learn off. Once model is delivered then move to FL for rollout. As have to be remote need PM for units so cant have something too small... Does that logic work or is there something else i should consider ...

Awesome news y'all are putting into deals on a contract right now. I did two things this week. I turned 34 and I got super sick. Simultaneously, I got more deals into my email to review than any other week in MFS history. Well, this is extremely exciting. Please give me a little bit of lead time this week to get caught up. I am reviewing all of them but if you don't receive an immediate response for me or it takes a little bit longer than usual, give me a little bit of grace. I am busting through a a lot of underwriting! I said aside sometime this evening to try to get caught up on as many as I can and the remainder we'll get knocked out on Friday

Curious if anybody has used the Crexi Upgrade system? If so was it worth signing up?

Is anyone else having difficulty downloading OM from Crexi?
