MFS Fitness Side Quest
So I am in seven or eight different group chat chats with members of this community at almost every single one of them people have brought up the need to get into shape.
Which has inspired me to get into shape. Since I already know, this is a goal for a ton of you. I'm going to hold myself accountable on this thread. You are more than welcome to join me.
My workout plan is to lift weight six days a week and get 10,000 steps every day.
I am starting at this post on day 3.
