Is anyone else having difficulty downloading OM from Crexi?

For all in the mentorship, We have officially improved and migrated the Course section to Skool. We will begin sunsetting Mighty Networks and will discontinue uploading new content to that platform after this week. We have more than ever in the new platform and will systematically be updating and/or adding about 20 videos a week for the next few months.

Anyone specifically investing in California? Seems like they are taking Anti-Landlord to a new level.
