I have been dabbling with breathwork for several months now via YouTube and find it fascinating. I have realized creative inspiration and a feeling of certainty after each session. My recent experience during the workshop has Knocked my sox off! I am excited to learn the why & how behind this practice. From Full Somatic Session I was reminded how everything we do in this life is in our body. When we die, we leave our body. But all of life is in our body. Some of us have more limitations in our body or because of our body, but all of our life, even just our thinking is done in our body. Take the best care of yourself so you can be healthy enough to take care so someone else later. 💝 Your body is a gift.
