Day 8
I joined this group with real purpose, to learn, stop lying and be accountable. I failed the last few days to be on top of my game, i ve been lasy, missed some workout and didn't work on my goals. I ve let my feelings guide, not my standards. But thank you @Jason Watson for the invite, logging back in here enforces respect for those who have the real discipline, consistency and inspire those who haven't yet reached that level that it's possible!

Start your day with purpose!
I want to share a bit about how writing down my top 3 priorities for the day has been a game changer for me. By focusing on these three key tasks and completing them before noon, I find that my productivity skyrockets! It not only helps me feel accomplished but also keeps me aligned with my goals. Day 24
Cold shower 2‘30‘‘✅ Food clean / 3g creatine - 2.5 Liters water✅ - IF 16 ✅ - ate too late 9:00 p.m.❌ (when returning home from work) Training 45‘ Upper Body pull and shoulders✅ Right foot still hurting ❌ -> will try acupuncture on myself Daily sauna & 2nd cold shower Mo-Fr 🥶✅ No reading ❌ my everyday thoughts are filled with continuous reflection on my values and their execution anyways 😅 -> got better on instant consequent communication with my employees because of sharper non-negotiables Desk clean ✅ Business projects on track ✅ Still some time for family in the evening ✅

Solid job! Maybe you share the progress with the knee, would help too, issues with mine when running to much.
Day 23 - 09.10.2025
Workout complete? Yes, legs day and then a 25-minute run. Water finished? 2 liters Diet locked in? Yes ❌ Struggle: I couldn’t read today as I spent nearly the entire day at the office.

Day 10
Back on track with the morning workout routine, started a new 28 workout challenge as I finished the last session. Integrated in my to-do list to follow the money and on may way to remove anything from my office what doesn't belong, extending decluttering to several areas, and does bring relief.
