Day 35-38
As you see on the headline I couldn’t hold the consistency to post my daily check ins here ❌ The daily workload in my clinic was binding my capacity as my key manager got sick unexpectedly and her work / organization fell to me, so does caring for her. Anyways, my evenings were too late. BUT: the good thing: BECAUSE of my commitment to our 50-day-challenge and this great group of humans - I stayed consistent with training 🏋🏻‍♂️ , food 🍲 , water 💧, morning cold shower ❄️. I locked in my meals ✅. I increased my protein intake, though also my calories. I strengthened my values ⚔️ - and relationships 🙌. I found time for my family 🧎🏻 - I gave daily support to my little son - as we are still in the process of „fight“ with his undifferentiated and non-self-controlled teacher. I took the chance to talk about values as self-control, respect, justice, courage & politeness - and never to give up - with my 9-year old son - so important! And again - this challenge challenged me to sharpen my values and their daily application. Also thanks for this. As - based on this „busy“ time I feel some „flu-like“ symptoms (and guys - people with compromised immune systems as in „Long-haul-COVID“ are my key focus - you don’t want to fall into this hole!) I will enjoy the sun, my family, some garden-work and recovery training on the rowing machine this weekend. ✅ Lesson learned: though it is business-mind-calming to be fully booked out with clients every day from morning to night for the next 4 months, proud to say mainly via recommendation by other patients or colleagues - I have to establish back-up systems and redundancy for key team members - as well as execute my passive income stream with even more focus - to release free time for me. These key system changes are on the way and targeted to be established until end of this year. But also in business, I took the chance this night to follow up on my instagram-post work-stream. @drmeddiegoschmidt From October 17th to 27th I will spent time in Japan 🇯🇵 and Okinawa with my -15-year old boy. A great opportunity.

Day 26 // 22.09.2025
Win: Fitness & Fuel • Workout 50 min • Cold shower 5 min • Drink morning coffee with my wife, how every single day 🥰 • Drink more than 1 gallon water • Healthy food. White rice with chicken, veggie, fruits cream of rice. Protein very high today. • Take my brother to commitment workout every day minimum 20 min, send me already post. Mindset & Disciplin • Read Atomic Habits 8 pages, begin again • Learn Englisch 30min during drive home • Wrote 1 lesson learned Business & Income • Did finish my 3 top prios at work • 1.5h deep work block • Track every € in and out, have to reduce my standing orders... Cashflow still not positiv this month 😡 Relationship & Leadership • Asked 2 people How i can support. FollowUp Meeting planed for tomorrow • Family time after work without devices. Try to do it every day at dinner. Lifestyle & Standards • Make bed • Tidy space before leaving • Have audited a lot things to fix. Old house. Plan every day one little piece to fix. Today it was a door in the kitchen. Struggle today: Didn't publish one piece of content about my Expertise yet. Great day 🔥🤙🏻 Yesterday was half time..
