🍽️ Let’s Get to Know Each Other (and Your Eating Habits)! 🥄
Hey everyone! 👋 Before we dive into the program, I want to hear from you. This is a space where we can connect, share, and learn from one another. Understanding your current eating habits will help us tailor this experience to your needs and goals. 💪 Please take a moment to answer the following questions (feel free to share as much or as little as you like): 1. What’s your favorite snack or meal right now? 🍕🍟 (This can be a "cheat meal" too — remember, no judgement! For me, it’s a scoop of vanilla ice cream from Costco 😅). 2. What’s a meal or snack you consider to be healthier? 🥑🍳 (For me, it’s eggs with leftover chili and avocado — full of protein and healthy fats!) 3. How would you describe your current eating habits? 🥗🍔 (Do you find yourself eating balanced meals, skipping meals, or something else?) 4. What’s one thing you already know about nutrition and eating for performance? 📚💥 (This can be something you’ve learned from experience or something you've read about!) 5. What’s a challenge you face when it comes to eating healthy or cooking for yourself? ⏰🍳 (Is it time, motivation, knowledge, etc.?) 6. What’s one thing you’re hoping to learn or improve on through this program? 🧑‍🍳✨ (It could be cooking skills, meal prep, or something else.) This is a judgment-free zone where we can all support each other on this journey. 💯 Feel free to drop any thoughts, struggles, or goals in the comments below. I can’t wait to learn more about you and get started together! 🙌🔥

🥑 Starting My 7-Day Nutrition Challenge... Who's With Me? 🦁
Why I'm doing the challenge: - I'm doing this challenge because I've never really tracked what I've eaten in a week nearly ever and I learned the concept "you can't manage what you don't measure" and I'm an accounting major, so I better start keeping track of the things I'm doing. - And most importantly, who am I to say do this challenge if I'm not willing to be apart of it! What I'm hoping to learn or change: - I'm hoping to learn a lot more about my eating patterns, obviously I could tell you a bit about them right now. But to see them clearly on a piece of paper for myself to analyze, critique and learn from will show me a real reason why I feel the way I feel... I think it's also it's a chance to change or continue with my approach to eating. For me, I feel as though sometimes I just eat to eat or because I'm bored. And now I want to learn how to take my mindfulness as a player to eating as well... Current nutrition goals I have: - Nutrition goals I have is making sure I'm eating a well-balance mix of protein, fats and carbohydrates. Then as I do so, tracking how that feels from day to day. Trying to really think about what foods that make me feel like a lighting bolt of energy or deplete it for the remainder of the day. My biggest challenge when it comes to eating right: - Right now the biggest challenge is finding a way to stop myself from overeating. One strategy that have helped in the past has been eating without my phone at the table (so my body sees how much I'm eating without distraction). So a big challenge will be finding out what foods make me feel full over others. Also making sure I tie this in with proper hydration and timing with my current training schedule. 👉 If you’re curious about what this challenge is all about, comment ‘7-Day Nutrition’ and I’ll send you the details! Click Here To Get Started 👉 #Step 1: Here's What To Expect: 🍽️ 💬 If you’re already on board, currently in the challenge or already completed it, let me know — does any of this resonate with you? How did you feel before starting your own challenge? Let’s chat!
