Set back
I just recently broke my toes while dirt biking and I'm really disappointed because the season is just starting up with multiple tournaments that I'm going to miss. But I still want to train and not fall behind while recovering. Do you guys have any workouts that would work for me?

Q&A 💬 What's On Your Mind Heading Into This Hockey Season?
Congrats to all of you on another great off-season... I hope you prepared. I hope you put in the work. And if you don't think you did as much as you'd like to have done. The best day to start was yesterday, and the next best day to start is today. ~ Don't be afraid to take the leap of faith to change your life. That being said, I've made a commitment to be more active in my communities while doubling down on long form content heading into September (Youtube is coming 1x week). So tell me... I want to know what content to make. - What's on your mind currently? - How can I be better service to you? - What would help you most? - What struggles do you have?

Het Luke, I’ve been implementing your advice, for a part of it, it still feels a bit unnatural but I have to get used to new ways of shooting. I did notice it helps a lot. I wanted to say how incredibly much it means to have someone look at my shot this detailed, I have been looking for advice/help like that all the time in the past, and now you’re making it happen! I might upload some other questions (wether that’s with the shots or something totally different), is that alright? Any further advice or feedback?
