Hello everyone, I am looking for some opinions on creatine. I read good things about it from different sources and I wonder if you have tried it and it helped you not only around building muscles but also to support cognitive functions as you grow older. I would really appreciate some feedback as I can’t seem to make up my mind: should I give it a go or not? Any side effects? Any particular ones you found to be good quality? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I drink greens for breakfast 🥦 Here's why!?!
Eating them in the past has always been a struggle for me. Since introducing this greens drink to my daily routine, I've noticed my skin has improved, my energy levels are considerably higher, and I have been feeling great. Restart
So I have to come clean. I didn’t finish the 10 days clean eating on my first attempt. Or second. The reasons why I haven’t managed, are not important, what’s important is that I started again. And today, 10 days later and 3.2kg lighter, I am pretty proud of myself. It doesn’t even matter if I am behind everyone else, I am simply so chuffed to have managed this that I have been grinning like a Cheshire Cat all day 😁 thank you @Mark Bryce , this is only the beginning!

@Glenda Badal the first two times I think I was just simply not in the right frame of mind, not motivated enough. But once I said to myself “ok enough of this” plus reading everyone’s successes, I just did it. The first 3 -4 days are the hardest but after that it just gets easier :)
