Hello everyone, I am looking for some opinions on creatine. I read good things about it from different sources and I wonder if you have tried it and it helped you not only around building muscles but also to support cognitive functions as you grow older. I would really appreciate some feedback as I can’t seem to make up my mind: should I give it a go or not? Any side effects? Any particular ones you found to be good quality? 🤷🏻♀️
