What times? I’m interested.
3 hospitality principles I'm applying to my Skool community
1. ANTICIPATE, don't just respond Great hotels don't wait for guests to ask. They notice and act first. I now send a personal DM to every new member within 2 hours of joining. 2. THE FIRST 10 MINUTES SET EVERYTHING A guest's overall satisfaction is shaped more by arrival than any other moment. I redesigned my entire onboarding around the first 48 hours. 3. MAKE PEOPLE FEEL EXPECTED The best arrival experience says: we have been waiting for you specifically. Every welcome message uses the member's name and references something real about them. What's working for you in your onboarding? PS Yes I was a hotel GM in my former life 🤣

You don’t use the auto responder?
The member who never came back
She joined, logged in twice, never posted. Then quietly left. No complaint. No goodbye. Just gone. In hotels we called this a silent checkout. In communities, it happens every single day — and most leaders never notice until their numbers stop growing. This is the problem I've spent 25 years learning to solve. Welcome to The 7am Club. @Joseph Groom that is so true. We all need to slow down otherwise we are run from our minds
I wish...
When I first started my healing journey, I did what most of us do. I read the books. Watched the videos. Listened to the podcasts. I consumed everything I could find about stress, the nervous system, why I felt the way I did. And I understood so much. But understanding didn't make me calmer. Not because there was anything wrong with what I was learning. It was good stuff. It genuinely helped me see things differently. But I was doing it all on my own. Trying to figure out which bit applied to me. Guessing at whether I was doing it right. Starting something, losing momentum, starting again. It was slow. And lonely. And honestly quite exhausting. I remember thinking... I just wish someone would say "try this, not that" or "this is why that's happening in your body" or even just "you're on the right track, keep going." Not because I needed to know more. I already knew plenty. But because I was spending so much energy trying to work it all out by myself that I had nothing left for the actual healing. And I think that's where a lot of us get stuck. It's not a knowledge problem. It's a support problem. We don't need more information. We need somewhere to land with it. Somewhere we can ask the questions, try the practices, and have someone say "yes, that's normal" when our body does something unexpected. We need others around us who are going through the same thing. Who aren't going to judge us for struggling. Who actually understand what it feels like to be wired and exhausted at the same time. That's exactly why I built The Sacred Reset 🌿 It's a free community where we combine nervous system science with Buddhist wisdom to help you move from survival mode to something that actually feels like calm. Inside you'll find: 🧘‍♀️ The foundations of how your nervous system actually works (no jargon) 🏛️ The Sacred Container Blueprint to stop the energy leaks draining your capacity 🌿 Short somatic practices you can do in under 5 minutes
