It was a Russian training book, best book I ever read. I’m going to find that book. Someone just explained Bernstein to me another great book I read, about the illusion of the perfect technique and black smiths and hammering man. What he actually did, created CGI with his technique.

It wasn’t just a training book. It’s the actual training science that actually created it. Like Bernstein stuff. It’s actually a college book. I know where I bought them.
6.5.25 - ultimate shoulder grease
Exploring some random movements while waiting for a friend in the parking lot of a restaurant. I discovered this flow which activated my shoulders in a new amazing way. Combine with the other 2 and you have a massively effective shoulder flow. How did it feel?

I can do a lot of mobility and exercises at home. I’m getting into exercising again. Combined with meditation my breathing is way more free, awareness while exercising. I really like this series of exercises. I’m getting back to where I’m not making a decision or thinking about doing it. You just do it. My bathroom came fully equipped for doing a variety of things.

Yes. I just returned resigning up my gym membership. My gym is about 1/4 mile from my place. When I was younger being is shape helped. It’s not the only answer. It’s one piece of the puzzle.

I’ve never understood meditation. People telling what to try to work on. I do understand awareness of myself, the senses, my breath, feeling the earth and energy it supplies throughout my body. Felt the tension come out of my shoulders and I was holding my ankles and creating the tension. My neck is sore coming off an injury and I have to careful doing mobility with it. It was feeling really good. It needs time to heal.

I tried a guided meditation for sleep and It was a learning experience. Don’t self correct. It’s revealing your issues. It was difficult to stay in the experience. That was only my first day of meditation work. It’s a process I have to work through, practice.
Who are you? What do you do?
From anecdotal experience this group is about 70% entrepreneur or side-hustler (which is awesome). Use this as a thread to shamelessly say who you are( why you do, and the mission you are on. Your work and mission are a huge part of who you are and the path of freedom and growth you are on. Share and discuss in this category!

I’m a former athlete who hit a low point trying to catch my freshman pitcher going into her first Varsity game in the circle. They asked me to warm her up and it was a rushed situation. I haven’t been able to squat and catch my pitchers in a long time. I didn’t have my bucket, so I tried to squat and catch her with someone else’s stiff mitt. It was impossible to hold the position and catch with that mitt. I think I was at 230 pnds. I now weigh 190 and can squat and catch again. I need to continue to invest in myself. I need help to really focus.

My true purpose and even something I was having issues finishing is a hitting and pitching consultant. I can explain elite hitting. Make it natural.
