Anyone struggling with "throttling back"??? On my first pass I WAY over did it. Not smart but not the first time I've done this during workouts (especially when starting back). It helped me to STOP DOING A WORKOUT - had to change my perspective and realize that the focus is to just move the body, to move in a way that expores how the body is right now - in the moment. So now I don't do my bare min as a workout. It's a session of "Exploration".
