The Bare Minumum - 10.1.25
This is considered to be a bare minimum commitment to your mobility and longevity. This is mine. Establish yours. Make it sacred. Enjoy it. I like to add a couple maximal tensions in there for strength gains.

Who are you? What do you do?
From anecdotal experience this group is about 70% entrepreneur or side-hustler (which is awesome). Use this as a thread to shamelessly say who you are( why you do, and the mission you are on. Your work and mission are a huge part of who you are and the path of freedom and growth you are on. Share and discuss in this category!

Men we're going to do some housecleaning for some dormant members. No worries if it's not the right time for you, but if you want to stay in the community and / or get back on your 15 minute mobility ritual please comment so you don't get removed.
Beginning my Journey
The Start of my journey towards a balanced life, a healthier and more fit body, and Real Longstanding Change. My name is Andrew Aspinall, and I am currently 46 years of age. I used to be active and exercise regularly. My Moto transportation was a bicycle and my fitness choice was strength training in the gym. Now, that was more than a decade ago. Having lived these past 10+ years without being active, outside of jobs that require me to do so, and no true fitness goals…. I have gained body fat and lost the motivation to be healthy and live a balanced life. I’ve come to the point in my life where I’m experiencing pain in areas of my body I’m not used to; in my right shoulder I feel pain when I tried to wash my upper back with a shower sponge, going over and behind my left trap, in my left heel there’s almost constant pain when I walk, pain in my left tricep when I try to stretch it, & finally, tightness in my lower back when I wake up in the morning. Also, I’ve forgotten what it’s like to enjoy working out and exercising. Coming from a man who used to be passionate about exercise and nutrition, and now almost 0, I’m facing the man in the mirror, and I’m scared. I don’t like what I see, and I certainly don’t like what I feel. This is got to change, and my self-respect has got to be redeemed. I know I have it in me to make the change, since I had it in me to stay consistently inactive these past 10+ years. I look forward to going on this journey with all of you guys here at Art of Mobility Live, & working my way back to a place where I can love myself, respect myself, and be the best version version of myself, up-to-date. Talk to you later. Andrew Aspinall
