🍴🍱 Pre breakfast - 500 ml water Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs + alsi ki pinni + 1 cup tea without sugar 1 litre water before lunch Lunch - daal + roti + cucumber Dinner - fried fish + 7 up 🙃 I don't know.. For two days I have been having dinner by 6:30 - 7 Total steps: 10,000 I will gradually start to add food pics too..
