✨ Updated video on our About Page!
🎉 We did it—1 month in! Our community just turned 1 month old and I’m blown away. We’ve grown to 200+ members already, and we’re ranking around #600 in our Skool category—which is incredibly good for such early days. For perspective, there are over 140,000 communities on skool 🤯 This space is only possible because of YOU—your curiosity, your support, your willingness to show up and share. 💛 Now let’s celebrate: 👉 Drop a GIF or a single word in the comments that captures how you’re feeling about this milestone! The more we comment, the more others can find our community! And let's celebrate our top 3 leaderboard. Remember, there are real Amazon prizes on the line @Lori Duncan @Sarah Zweigenbaum @Emily Francis Create comments and get likes on your comments. This is how you earn points for participating and making this place dynamic. Mine below.

Wins & Breakthroughs Thread
💬 WINS & BREAKTHROUGHS THREAD 💫 Let’s celebrate the what behind the win. I love seeing your progress—whether it’s more consistent movement, clearer energy, or feeling like you’re finally getting traction with your symptoms. But here’s the thing: the real gold often isn’t just the win—it’s the shift that helped it happen. - Was it a mindset reframe? - A tiny routine change? - Letting go of perfection? - Getting accountability or support? - Finally understanding the "why" behind something? Whatever helped you be more consistent lately, share it here! 📥 Even the smallest insights can help someone else find their next step.Drop your win and the “breakthrough” behind it below 👇 ✨ P.S. This post inspired by @Keylea Fuqua , I loved what you shared earlier—if you’re open to it, I’d love if you added it here (and maybe even shared a bit more about what helped you get there!). I know it will resonate and help others 💛

✨ Sunday Shift Week of Aug 31 2025
Goals. Accountability. Progress. You joined Shift Society because you wanted something different. Not just more ideas. But traction. Change. Momentum. You already know a few things that could move your health forward. This is the space where we practice doing them. Welcome to one of the core rituals of this group. This is your weekly 10-minute pause: → To reflect→ To reset→ To anchor your commitment for the week ahead Here’s the idea: You post your goal in the pinned conversation below this post. That act alone—publishing it—anchors your intention. 📌 Research is clear: When you set something specific (and put it out there), you’re far more likely to follow through. What counts as a health goal? We mean health in the broadest, most human sense: 🧠 Mental health 💬 Social connection 🍽️ How you nourish yourself 🏃 Movement 😴 Rest All of it counts. Every version of showing up matters. What to post: 👉 One clear, focused intention is enough. Some people like to set three minis—but one is powerful. Keep it doable. You want that dopamine hit of: “Yes, I did it. I showed up.” If you keep posting the same goal week after week? That’s not failure—that’s clarity. What might change is the metric or angle: “Move more” could mean 30-minute walks this week. Next week? Maybe a faster pace. Or an extra session. Same heart. Slightly different flavour. That’s called progression. Or stacking wins. 🛠️ Try the Good / Better / Best trick Life will throw curveballs. So set yourself up for success—no matter what kind of week it is. So the Good/Better/Best are different milestones of the same goal. Start by asking: What’s the most minimal version of this goal I could show up for—even on my hardest week? That’s your Good goal. ✅ Then build your Better goal—something that feels like a 6/10 effort. Manageable. Not too small, not a stretch. Finally, name your Best version—a stretch goal that gets you excited, but still feels possible. Example: - Best → 30-minute walk 3x this week - Better → 10-minute walk 2x - Good → Just put on your shoes and step outside

@Mélanie DesChâtelets Really well! Had a check in with my endocrinologist and everything is great.

Hi, I'm Sarah, and am from the United States. One thing I am hoping to shift is more time for prioritizing my physical health. Something I enjoy outside of health is reading. I don't have a favorite pump up song, but I love listening to video game and movie soundtracks.

Okay, real talk for a second. Here’s my vision for this space: I want the PCOS Shift Society to be that rare, cozy little corner of the internet where scrolling actually fills your cup—where you walk away feeling clearer, more focused, and actually seeing progress in your real life. But here’s the truth: the secret sauce isn’t me. It's you. It's the community. It's the collection of people who choose to show up here with honesty, encouragement, and connection. 💡 Quick note for clarity: Yes, PCOS is in the name because a lot of the education here relates to PCOS—but much of it also applies to general metabolic and cycle health. This group is intentionally open. That means anyone interested in PCOS can join in—whether you have PCOS, are the mother of someone who does, or you’re simply on your own learning journey and want a high-vibe community to explore cycle health. And for transparency: this is a public forum. There’s zero expectation to raise your hand and share personal health details—in fact, we don’t want you to. Keep that for your healthcare team. What matters here is showing up for yourself—your goals, your actions. This is a space for learning, growing, and accountability. It’s about the action part of change, and that knows no diagnosis. 💛 As founding members, you’re literally shaping what this space becomes. So here’s my challenge: 🌟 Get to Level 2. 5 points is all it takes. You get 1 point for every post, comment on a post and Like you get. That's it, and you'll unlock the Cycle Insight Training for Free. But honestly? The real prize is creating a community where we feel less alone and more empowered, together. Let’s set the stage. Let’s build that kind of space. 💛 The fun Engagement Levels -> see you in the galaxy Level 1: Spark — the first light of curiosity. Level 2: Star — beginning to shine with clarity. Level 3: Constellation — finding connection and pattern in the night sky. Level 4: Meteor — gaining momentum and visibility. Level 5: Comet — leaving a trail of inspiration for others.

Hi, I'm a college student and diagnosed with PCOS when I was 13. I have an adorable tuxedo cat named Phantom, and I love to read just about anything.
