high protein breakfast ✅ 2 boiled eggs 1 chiaseed yogurt bowl 1 kebab in 1tsp oil total glass in a day 8 2 each before every meal and 2 glasses after 2 hours of having meal 10 min stretchching in the morning and 15 mins brisk walk Gratitude Post ✅ i am grateful I'm trying day by day and this rouitne is helping my body and mindset to stay active and fresh

DAY 10
Did my 10 mins stretching in the morning i have my protein meals 2 eggs vegetable omelette+ one kebab 4 almonds 3 walnuts had carrots Cucumber and orange as pre snack before lunch. then had lentils soup in the lunch water intake ✅ 1glass before every meal Have red kidney beans salad in the dinner did a leg day today for 30 mins and 7500 steps Biggest change I noticed: I'm feeling active Hardest habit: i hate doing workout 😔 Easiest habit: clean eating i can follow diet meals easily My proudest win: i have started eating healthy food and my skin got clear 😍 My next goal for coming week: making my overall body fit and keep it in shape
