Did my 10 mins stretching in the morning
i have my protein meals
2 eggs vegetable omelette+ one kebab 4 almonds 3 walnuts
had carrots Cucumber and orange as pre snack before lunch.
then had lentils soup in the lunch
water intake ✅ 1glass before every meal
Have red kidney beans salad in the dinner
did a leg day today for 30 mins and 7500 steps
Biggest change I noticed: I'm feeling active
Hardest habit: i hate doing workout 😔
Easiest habit: clean eating i can follow diet meals easily
My proudest win: i have started eating healthy food and my skin got clear 😍
My next goal for coming week: making my overall body fit and keep it in shape
