πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ I’ve got a (small) one. I was wondering about training my legs. I can load the leg press machine much heavier than the barbell with the back squat. In that case..Is doing the barbell back Squad still better?

Busy gym 😱
Ooo hoo, I ran out of the gym last night after just 1 exercise 🫣 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’¨. Grazy. Normally I train very early before work, but yesterday I did it just once, in the evening,after dinner. It was so incredibly busy at the gym! Everything was taken. But hey..I continued at home😌, though with slightly lighter weights πŸ‹οΈ but with more time under tension. How are things at your Gym?
