October Bonus : Create healthy nutrition habits before the Holidays
I did a class last week about improving insulin resistance just using good nutrition (I will post it when edited). @Andrew Brooks she’s really good I’ve watched a couple of her YouTube videos and bought her book and I really likes how she simplifies how to manage blood sugar through a few simple tweaks.

Lunch yesterday : roasted chicken with red Chile sauce, sweet potato & water spinach Dinner yesterday : grass-fed beef, mushroom & sweet potato sauce + radicchio & romaine salad Breakfast today : Protein & greens smoothie How is it going for you? Let me know in the comments! I'm still getting my workout in later this afternoon.

Hope your day is going great. For those of you doing this weight loss challenge, how is it going? This week is just supposed to prime you for success. In the coming weeks, carry on building that healthy lifestyle and you will meet your goals. For me, I have been working out harder this week because I am trying to meet specific goals (and I won't stop after this week). I have been eating very clean, with emphasis on low glycemic vegetables, heavy protein, and sweet potatoes. And lots of coffee. This morning I did a 2 mile Ruck with a 40 lb. weighted vest (the moon was out still) , and here are some more meals
