Hope your day is going great. For those of you doing this weight loss challenge, how is it going? This week is just supposed to prime you for success. In the coming weeks, carry on building that healthy lifestyle and you will meet your goals.
For me, I have been working out harder this week because I am trying to meet specific goals (and I won't stop after this week). I have been eating very clean, with emphasis on low glycemic vegetables, heavy protein, and sweet potatoes. And lots of coffee.
This morning I did a 2 mile Ruck with a 40 lb. weighted vest (the moon was out still) , and here are some more meals
