Happy New Year!
As the calendar turns, a lot of people are thinking about what they want to do differently this year. So let me ask you this gently and honestly: Is taking care of your body on your list? If it is, I have a FREE GIFT for you. You do not need a gym membership. You do not need long, exhausting workouts. And you definitely do not need to overhaul your entire life to start feeling better. The 10/10 Mobility Challenge was created to help you start small in a way that actually sticks. These are short, snack-size movement sessions designed to improve functional mobility, flexibility, and strength — all from the comfort of your home. No equipment required. Starting small matters. Consistency beats intensity every time. Instead of jumping into a massive routine that feels overwhelming (and often gets abandoned), this challenge helps you build momentum in a way that feels doable and supportive. My hope is that this gives you a simple, realistic way to take care of your body — without pressure or perfection. I truly hope you love it. Happy New Year!
New Year. New Habits
Every year we talk about resolutions. This year, what if we actually kept them? What if you took care of your body the way you take care of everyone else? What if you stopped waiting for the “right time” and just started? I’d love to invite you into the Pain Free Living Community and help you kick off the year with the FREE 10/10 Mobility Challenge. ✔️ 10 minutes a day ✔️ 10 days in a row ✔️ Simple, functional movement ✔️ Designed to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance ✔️ No gym. No pressure. Just consistency. The best time to start isn’t Monday. It isn’t “after things calm down.” It’s right now. Come join us and show up for you this year. See you inside. New Year. New Habits
Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

Hey there new community! I'm Samantha but honestly all my friends and people who really know me call me SamiTe'. I currently live in Costa Rica and I would consider my self a lover of life. I want to soak up every bit of this existence and have the best time ever with the coolest people around. So it looks like I came to the right spot. Professionally is a long story ( like all good stories ) but I will paraphrase for your continued enjoyment of this awkward introduction. Ultimately I help adults over 40 overcome chronic pain, improve their mobility and maintain active lifestyles. In another life, I worked in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy before focusing my energy more on pain relief and injury prevention. Utilizing the powers of the internet I teach my clients how to use foam rollers and balls to release chronic muscle tension, Improve joint mobility and then strengthen their muscles in a way that supports a healthy foundation. I just joined Skool and still sort of finding my way and figuring out how to create a vibrant wellness community in this space. When I'm not working, I'm playing Pickleball, dancing salsa, painting, scuba diving, riding my motorcycle, riding horses, playing the violin or fostering street dogs. Again- I have a million hobbies and love to LIVE fully. something about me thats interesting- I used to compete in horseback archery and spent almost every day training for competitions. needless to say, I know pain. I have challenged my body in many ways and have learned over these long years how to put my self back together and how to create sustainable habits that support the type of activities I want to participate in. These are the exact strategies I share with my clients.

I help women who refuse to accept pain as “normal aging” understand their bodies and reduce chronic pain with practical, sustainable self-care.
