I break my fast at 12 Had 2 glass of water tea with skimz milk 1 tspn 10 mints walk done will share my walk picture in end of the day 1 liter water done NOw having brunch 50grams jau ki roti salad and 2 pieces from homemade chicken karahi try to take less gravy (this is brunch lunch +bf ) Fiber done
