Six Pack Abs As A Service
I received an email from Dean Jackson today that stopped me in my tracks. It's a great example of pre-selling three different levels of a service (DIY, Bootcamp and DFY) without directly offering them, and is a format we could use to get people to raise their hands for an auction or virtually any Ronin deal we wanted to do. Here's the email in full: ________________ SUBJECT: Six pack abs as a service BODY: For over 30 years now, one of the things I do is help real estate agents grow amazing businesses. In that 30 years, the big wins for the real estate agents have not changed. There are 5 big ways I can help them win: 1. Getting listings 2. Turning listings into multiple transactions 3. Getting referrals 4. Finding buyers 5. Converting leads I know how to do all of those things — and we have exact step-by-step playbooks with all the tools they need to get those outcomes. For years we’ve offered the equivalent of a specialty gym membership with access to all the tools for a monthly fee. We have people who have been members for over 25 years and are still with us. I noticed, though, how few people actually come in and do the work. Even though they’re paying for the membership. The ones who do get amazing results…but most people don’t really put in the effort to reach their full potential. I decided I would offer implementation bootcamps, so we could provide structure, guidance, and accountability. The bootcamp model worked, but there were still some people who signed up and didn’t execute. Then I thought about what I would do if I came into their business to take over and get the results for them. I realized that most of the things needed to get done could be done remotely. There was only about 10% of the work that required their involvement. Most of the time that could be done WITH them in a weekly Zoom, or a phone session….no homework needed. Everything else could be done by our team. Now - Instead of explaining how to do something, we could simply say:

“It’s like working with a personal trainer - Except we do the sit-ups and YOU get the six-pack.” WHAT A FRASKING LINE!
Fun golf masters auction idea
I've got a betting / sports trading community. I think I might create bundles of 4 players together who will be competing in the masters and get people to bid for them. I think my audience would love it, do it as a sweepstake so the winner can actually win the total post raised in the auction. I might take a small % of it but more importantly it would be bloody fun in my community and they'd love it. - Start Bundle 1 at £10 - People bid in comments/chat - Highest bid after countdown wins that bundle - Move to Bundle 2 - Repeat until all bundles are gone - Naming the teams as well to make it even more fun! Lowest combine score wins the 60% of the pot. Second gets 30%, third gets 10%....

WhatsApp for auctions
Had a call with a WhatsApp marketer who was curious about running auctions in WhatsApp groups. I told him about the reasons we like Skool and he believed those same dynamics could work in WhatsApp - including the DM'ing. I could see a setup through GHL, chatting with bidders as it works the same as SMS. Potentially with AI. Anyone had hands on experience running an auction in a WhatsApp group?

Creator's Brain as a bonus for your next auction?
Hey Ronin ! I've been building Creator Brains for coaches and course/community creators and the feedback has been amazing. I turn courses, loom recordings and any other content into a searchable brain of the creator for students so that they actually go through courses and make progress faster instead of churning or giving up when they can't seem to figure out what to do next. I remember when I was trying to find the story that Travis shared about that girl who did email marketing for wineyards but never could remember 1- which video it was 2- where it was within the 3h of the recording. So here's my offer for you guys who are running auctions: - I'll build a full creator brain by processing all the content from your partner, transforming this digital graveyard into a monetisable asset + they can give it to their current students for their own benefit. What I'm thinking: - this could be a great bonus to add to the offer or it could be great as a monthly low ticket offer when you tap the bidders who bid low $$$ but might be a good fit for a product in the $29-99/mo range. - I'll do the work upfront and we can split the $$$ on the recurring revenue. It takes me about 7 days to build the brain (I processed about 100 videos on average for the last 2 builds I did). So this is perfect if you're running an auction that's about 10 days in the future. Any questions? Drop them below :) PS: If you are partnering with course creators or any other creators who have a big bank of content, I can do it for them too. It's very useful for those who do lots of weekly coaching calls or have courses with 10 modules and 50 videos + @Dan Wardrope @Jason Hornung If you guys do weekly calls in your programs, this could be a great add-on !

You should be reaching out to people all over the place and building this for them, they include it in their next promos etc... license it to people would crush it. Large audiences etc... 800 paying people you could be collecting 4K a month.... £/$5 per seat
First auction coming up!
Got my first auction coming up with a crypto offer.. the guy did 200k on his last promo (not that long ago) and was open to the idea of an auction.. Setting up the pre-pre auction post now and we'll be sending it this week! fingers crossed!
