So in less than 24 hours we've had 49 people vote on the poll. Most of the comments on the post were super positive and excited. The group has 775 members (hit the 600 member mark last week - so growing fast) but has been open for less than 3 months. 53% said they were in 36% said they wanted more details Time to get my auction copy written! My question is @Travis Sago do we create the domino offers before we know how much the winning bid is or do we have some ideas and decide for sure when we know what they're willing to pay? For exmaple the wining bid is only $200 and our domino offers are for $500/$1000/$1500? Also do you have a copy or a simple template you follow to get the terms in writing. She's asking about that too :)

They have connections with all the other chapters in the US and in Europe and they're going to test this with a smaller community, if it works well, they have many community exceeding 100k members (across the different offers and channels they run) and they will introduce this to EVERYTHING if the first one goes well. THIS IS HUGE, I'M SO EXCITED!!!! They're expecting me to put together the offers for the auction and then we already have a followup call scheduled for next week. @Travis Sago everything I need to do this right is here in the classroom or should I check the Kajabi as well? I want to make sure I don't mess this up!

Client kicked me over a referral last year to a regional roofing / home remodeling company near me. Originally I was going to do retainer email marketing for them (pre Ronin). Kept bouncing back and forth with their CMO, eventually got tired of his waffling and told him I'd do rev share on a test campaign instead. That flipped the switch and he started chasing me. Then he went on vacation, Thanksgiving hit, I went on vacation, Christmas... Anyway, he just sent over access to his sales CRM and email software. They've got 30,000 customers with an email address and 100,000 leads. Another 100,000 leads with phone and physical address. Do you think we'll pick any deals up with "hey still interested in a new roof?" Or from the roofing customers who just might, maybe, possibly want windows or solar panels? Anyway, this is still early. But there's tons of upside and I never would have seen 99% of it without this group. Big thanks to @Travis Sago and everyone else who contributes here. Again, I'm sorry this isn't a big sexy auction deal. Maybe after the test campaign.

I send him this: Hey [name], We’ve been running short auctions inside existing communities and they’ve been working really well (5/6 figures in 24hours). Based on (community name) + (program), I think you could be a good fit for a $100k–$200k test. I made a bumbly loom video on how we're doing it, want to see? — Thijs p.s. there's nothing you can buy, but I'd think you'd clean up running an auction. ---- His response, sure send it over and i'll take a look.. (within 18 minutes after sending it).. now we wait to see if he's got any questions.. I know his program sells realllly well and his mastermind and in person events sell out QUICK so this could be interesting
