I’m currently generating 400-800 leads a month for my debt elimination business. These are US homeowners who have raised their hand and said, "I want to pay off my mortgage and all my debt in the next 5-7 years." The Situation: I’m already paying the "bill" to generate these leads for my agents. But as Travis teaches, I’m looking to turn that bill into an asset. I’ve promised my agents exclusivity in the debt and insurance space. I’m a woman of my word, so I won't sell these to anyone in those niches. The Opportunity: These folks are "Pre-Heated" for someone who solves a different problem for the same homeowner. They are obsessed with cash flow. If you have a killer offer in: - Solar (Eliminate the power bill to pay the house off even faster) - Tax Strategy (Found money to throw at the debt) - High-Ticket Home Services - Estate Planning - Or something else I haven't thought of :) I’m looking to point these hand-raisers toward a partner who has a proven offer so we can create a win-win. I’m not looking for a "complex JV." I just want to turn my lead-gen overhead into a secondary profit center by helping these homeowners with their next logical step. Hey gang, Any potential for partnering here? I’ve watched from the sidelines for ages, in awe of the energy & activity tbh, but struggling to find where I fit. I’m good at generating assets, I think, but have nowhere to put them - no distribution, and I find the idea of dealing with groups, group/channel owners etc pretty exhausting. I have some published books, a book generator tool that I built for myself, and the skills to build other tools and assets. My question is are there any potential partners here who could make use of either my existing assets or my ability to create them?

Hey ! Does any of you here partner with creators who have a program where they host weekly coaching or Q&A calls ? I'm turning those into an AI digital twin for them and looking for an intro :) Best if they have 20+ calls or workshops... There are so many little nuggets that most students / community members don't find because they are hidden in past calls they don't have time to watch. I was chatting to @Tony Teegarden on messenger the other day We were jammin' and a thought popped into our heads almost simultaneously... Would there be peeps who were good at getting coffee dates, but not too keen on running the auctions? I could easily whip up an 'auction template' that works, and overlay that onto the prospect's community (if its related to my offer, which is anything to do with coaching in the AI/lead gen/SMMA/PPC etc space) We could then share the moola. In fact, I am not as much interested in the moola, as I am their buyers. mwa ha ha! Lemme know if we were off the mark, or this could be a thang? -D
