Scripture: “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 Reflection There are seasons where life feels loud — goals, pressure, responsibility, growth, grief, decisions. And then there are seasons where God invites you into stillness. Stillness is not punishment. Stillness is positioning. God often does His deepest work in the unseen places: - Roots grow underground before fruit appears. - Muscles repair before they grow stronger. - Faith deepens before doors open. You are someone who leads, builds, creates, and carries vision. But even strong leaders must learn the power of being with God, not just working for God. Stillness is where: - Identity gets settled - Anxiety gets silenced - Direction gets clarified - Strength gets renewed You don’t have to force outcomes God already planned.

Hebrews 4:16 “Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Sometimes we approach God like we are interrupting Him. Like: “God, I know You’re busy…” “God, I don’t deserve to ask…” “God, I messed up again…” But Scripture says something radical: Come boldly Come confidently Come close Not because you are perfect — But because Jesus made you family. You are not tolerated in God’s presence. You are welcomed. There is a difference. Tolerated = “I guess you can be here.” Welcomed = “I’m glad you came.” The throne you approach is not called: Throne of Judgment (for believers) Throne of Performance Throne of Shame It is called: Throne of Grace Grace means: Help you didn’t earn Love you didn’t earn Access you didn’t earn And God doesn’t just give grace once — He gives grace in time of need. Meaning: When you are tired When you are confused When you are tempted When you are grieving When you feel weak That is not when you run FROM Him. That is when you run TO Him.

Workout today
Yesterday I increased my weights for the Lower Body workout (I am following the furnace) and MAN OH MAN was my EMOM workout today hard because I was so SORE. But that shows me - it it working, I haven't felt as sore with the lbs. I was using, so it was time to increase. My legs will thank me eventually. That being said- Coaches- how often do you recommended increase your weights (or should I increase reps first) ?

RECOGNITION!!! 🔥
I wanted to take a minute to recognize @Cheryl Shiffman for pushing herself…when it was late, when she didn’t feel like it, and when she was close enough to call it done! (but she didn’t) THIS👇🏼 is how you create the best version of you Only 525 steps away, Cheryl completed her 10,000 steps on the treadmill, while listening to the nutrition call last night!!! 👏🏼
