DAY 1 – LET’S SET THE STANDARD “You don’t rise to the level of your goals — you fall to the level of your systems.” Today isn’t about motivation. It’s about deciding who you are for the next 40 days. You don’t need to feel ready. You need to show up anyway. Momentum is built fast when standards are clear — and for the next 40 days, we operate by standards, not moods. TODAY’S FOCUS: Win the first day! Don’t aim for perfect — aim for complete. Do the basics with intention and the results will compound faster than you think. ✔️ Hydration w/ electrolytes (Herbalife Cr7 is recommended) add in a 1/4-1/2 tspn of Celtic sea salt. *drink half your body weight in ounces ✔️ Pray & Meditate (check out the daily devo) ✔️ Workout and post a #SweatySelfie ✔️ Download Meal plan & prep ✔️ Get in 10,000 steps ✔️ Spend 5–10 minutes on personal development…book, audio, video, etc. ✅ Check in here once complete: Comment “DAY 1 DONE” when you complete all 6 protocols. If you’re struggling already — comment “I’m still showing up.” This is how we separate starters from finishers. Let’s go 💪🔥

Day 1 done!! I forgot the selfie, but did the upper body workout this morning and walked on the treadmill this evening!

I did it! The hardest part for me was the 10,000 steps! Partially because I was in a 6 hour workshop today, but I definitely need to work on being aware of my steps. I do not have a watch or Fitbit so I had to be mindful of having my phone on me.

Juicing
For those of you who are juicing, how are you incorporating that into your meal plan? Is that to get your veggies in? Hydrate? or just added nutrition? My old juicer broke, and I got a new one for Christmas, and I want to start using it again!

Wrote my blueprint on my mirror directly across from my bed, and put up a 40 day countdown like Rob suggested in a video. I love the idea of these visuals to keep me on track and motivated- In a spot where I can’t ignore it or miss it!
