🔥 DAY 31 – FINISH WITH INTENTION
“Strong finishes are planned, not emotional.” Day 31 is where emotion tries to take over: “I’m tired.” “I’m ready to be done.” “I’ve already proven enough.” Those thoughts don’t get a vote. The last stretch of this challenge requires clarity, not hype. TODAY’S FOCUS: Execute like it’s scheduled. No negotiating. No dramatizing. No shortcuts. Just clean execution of the plan — one more day. Comment “INTENTIONAL FINISH” once all 6 protocols are complete. Bonus reflection: What emotion are you choosing not to let drive today? Stay focused. The finish is earned one day at a time 💪🔥
Workout today
Yesterday I increased my weights for the Lower Body workout (I am following the furnace) and MAN OH MAN was my EMOM workout today hard because I was so SORE. But that shows me - it it working, I haven't felt as sore with the lbs. I was using, so it was time to increase. My legs will thank me eventually. That being said- Coaches- how often do you recommended increase your weights (or should I increase reps first) ?
