🔥 DAY 33 – NO SOFT DAYS
“The days that test you are the days that change you.” By Day 33, fatigue is real. So is pride. This is where people start giving themselves grace that turns into slack. Not today. You didn’t come this far to finish soft. You came to prove something to yourself. TODAY’S FOCUS: Be sharp when it would be easy to be soft. Tight reps. Clean nutrition. Finished water. Intentional check-in. Strong standards create strong finishes. Comment “NO SOFT DAYS” once all 6 protocols are complete. Bonus reflection: Where did you choose discipline over comfort today? Stay tough. The finish is close — don’t change now 💪🔥

🔥 DAY 32 – DON’T COUNT. EXECUTE.
“Counting days doesn’t build results — executing days does.” By Day 32, the countdown temptation is real. People start living in “only X days left” instead of today’s standards. If you focus on the days left, your conditioning your mind, (giving it permission) to go back to your old ways once the challenge is completed. the 40 days is to create a habit...not to hold you hostage. That’s how focus slips. You don’t finish strong by watching the calendar. You finish strong by owning today. TODAY’S FOCUS: Stay in execution mode. Today is not about how close you are. It’s about how clean you perform the work. Handle today like it matters — because it does. Comment “EXECUTE” once all 6 protocols are complete. Bonus reflection: What helps you stay present instead of counting down? Eyes forward. Mind sharp. Finish strong 💪🔥

@Cheryl Shiffman the program is evergreen :) but we will have 2 challenges per quarter with cash prizes. The next one is kicking off March 1st and we hope to have recognition retreats by the end of this year.

“Strong finishes are planned, not emotional.” Day 31 is where emotion tries to take over: “I’m tired.” “I’m ready to be done.” “I’ve already proven enough.” Those thoughts don’t get a vote. The last stretch of this challenge requires clarity, not hype. TODAY’S FOCUS: Execute like it’s scheduled. No negotiating. No dramatizing. No shortcuts. Just clean execution of the plan — one more day. Comment “INTENTIONAL FINISH” once all 6 protocols are complete. Bonus reflection: What emotion are you choosing not to let drive today? Stay focused. The finish is earned one day at a time 💪🔥
