Day 60✅ The biggest identity shift is seeing and finding the loops sooner so I don’t go down a negative path. Yes, life gets chaotic and busy, but I am still in control of my thoughts, behaviors, and actions. 💪🏼👊🏼❤️
Day 23 - I caught my invisible loop —> thinking that rest on off days isn’t necessary or won’t get me to my goals. How does the loop keep me disconnected and distracted from the identity I’m trying to build? It whispers and whines that I’m lazy, you look flabby on rest days, so go lift something.
