how to change to a 3 day vs 4 day?
hey I'm just signing up TODAY and had jumped the gun to select the 4 day program but after watching Erik's video in classroom think I should change to the 3 day. Where do I go to do that?? THANK YOU!

Hello all, I'm Kiirsten and reside on the beautiful Outer Banks of NC. Focus is to get back to training on a regular basis after injuries and surgeries (elbow, hysterectomy & shoulder surgery). Feeling strong, my hormones finally seem to be balancing and I'm ready to drop a little fat and build a little more muscle, to get back to great shape again working around old injuries. I NEED ACCOUNTABILITY or life (and my ADHD) get in the way of my goals :). fun fact? My favorite food, NACHOS!
