On non training days, we just call it Meal B. So you still eat it, but it doesnt need to be a protein shake and carb.
Egg Whites
Question: 1 whole egg + 5 egg whites this is what I have in my meal A. I don't like just egg whites. Can I just have whole eggs instead and if yes how many?
