@Valerie Frey I love the Ranch and Sour cream&onion ones! They’re like Protein loaded potato chips. I have them when craving for something crunchy. Just alittle salty though 😋

I finally updated my photo. I’ve been really bad but my husband started showing me the picture first and when he does I just say yuck and cancel the whole thing and say maybe try again tomorrow. Yesterday I decided to stop it right now drown my inner bit h and tell my husband just take the picture and don’t show me. You can totally see here how much better I feel and that is what I needed. Thanks @Darren Liu and @Kevin Teachanarong !!!

Protein milk
Hey guys..!! I finally got down to trying this milk that Coach Darren shared before. It’s soo yummy! And smooth tasting. I tried the Green tea flavour. Gonna try chocolate soon. Just regret not getting more. It’s pretty difficult to find in my country. Check them out if it’s available at yours! The macros 💯 for that taste.

Quick question 🙋🏻‍♂️ What’s the one thing that actually makes hunger and cravings easier to deal with — not by white-knuckling it, not by distracting yourself, but in a way that feels almost unfair? I recorded a short Loom 🎥 breaking down the single most underrated “shield” I use with clients when: - hunger feels uncontrollable - cravings feel loud as hell - and willpower keeps losing It’s not a supplement. It’s not cutting XYZ food. And it works even if your calories stay the same. Most people completely overlook this because it’s not sexy….but once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
