Using film-making for fixing my IG
I consider myself as living a pretty bland and bleak life. My full-time job is all day everyday. My but one passion is indie film. There’s an epic festival this week. I took as many pictures as I could and whittled them down to the best of the batch. I started talking to a competitive body builder earlier and invited her to the event. How is that for the first post of the grid? Tips on the text beneath my profile pic (and other such things?) @Steve Ross That's fine. In the meantime, you can pose and retake a shirtless photo using your phone camera. Select a location that isn't a public restroom, clean your camera lens, and shoot a photo that's symmetrical (you in the center of the frame) 🤙 You got this, bro!
That MAN
Female nature can be dark when allowed to run freely. Women without instruction are headed for destruction undoubtedly. You need to understand their nature, they aren't kind, they're calculating. If she respects you, you get her softness. If she doesn't, you get her spite. Women break every rule for the men who excite them and build a fortress of rules for the men who bore them. All you can say is "don't be mean" and "go to the Curriculum section"....which is just another way of saying "I don't know anything." 💀 The fact is YOU have nothing to teach, my dear boy. Stop caring about dating to get good results.
I feel like when you stop caring if women like or not is when you get good results. In high school I did not care about dating at all and just focused on playing chess and school and I got really good at chess with a few other people in my school to the point we won tournaments and everyone knew me as one of the best chess players in the state. Then girls would come up and start conversations with me but I would not care which I believe resulted in more to approach me. It’s ok if dating is a priority but never make it your number 1 priority always have something you care more about.

@Brandon Gilchrist Wrong -- cold approach should not be your primary method for sourcing high numbers of women, but it is a skill you MUST develop sharpen your understand of social cues, breaking the ice, overcoming your nerves, and developing charisma (aka rizz)

Diet and Mental Health
I had no idea how strong the link between diet and mental health was until recently. A month ago I eased up on my diet - started introducing a little processed sugar and crappy fast food but still what most would consider a decent diet (still lots of good proteins, fruits and veg) and started to see my mental health deteriorate with thoughts of doubting self worth and feelings of loneliness - however just chalked up to normal fluctuations in the mind. Had a normal check up with the doctor and showed my liver tests had gotten a bit worse so I completely cleaned up my diet (cut out all processed sugar and shit and started intermittent fasting) and within a few days my mental health improved dramatically. The change was almost automatic with mental health as soon as I started the completely clean diet. Look after your diet guys!

Losing weight at the gym
Something I learned about weight loss is if you walk on a treadmill on an incline going up at the max setting for incline you lose weight much faster then running or jogging not up a hill.

@Glen Lema @Gil Axelrod Fasting, by nature, is only temporary....and so are the results. You're also losing nearly equal fat-mass and muscle-mass while fasting. When you realize that an adult male can only build 5-10lbs of muscle on his frame per year, you'll be much more defensive about losing ANY muscle-mass whatsoever. Fasting isn't useless -- incline treadmill walking is simply superior for many reasons (as long as you don't hold onto the granny bars ha)

@Glen Lema You moved the goal post on this one, but that's fine ha. Not all walking is weighed the same. If being lean, muscular, and healthy is your goal, then muscle-sparing cardio should be your go-to style. Adding an incline and/or wearing a weighted ruck will burn more body fat by percentage. It's a style worth adopting 🤙
