What Did You Stop Doing?
We talk a lot about adding skills, habits, and routines. Lately I’ve been noticing the opposite has mattered just as much. What’s one thing you stopped doing that noticeably improved your life? Could be a behavior, mindset, habit, relationship dynamic, or time sink. Not looking for theory, just real-world changes that actually stuck.

Limiting time of energy suckers. Sometimes there are just people in your lives that either suck time, money or energy from you. Could be good friends too. Setting boundaries on how much energy you give to some people has been a gamechanger.

Do you prefer tripod + self-timer, or asking strangers/hotel staff to take the photo? I’m considering bringing a tripod but I feel like it looks a bit awkward in a hotel. Any tips to make it feel normal?

I just spoke to the hotel staff and asked whether I could take photos for a possible event I may hold at the hotel. They were happy for me to set up a tripod and I used a clicker. Hotels are generally pretty friendly. Either that or just grab a friend to take photos.
Core tenets of life as a man
I believe there are a few core tenants of life you should work to improve daily. Those core tenants include: 1- Fitness: improving your physique physically and becoming more mentally sharp. 2. Finances: finding ways to make extra money, and or get out of the rat race. 3. Game: improving your social skills with beautiful women. I want to keep things simple and have 3-5 things to improve daily. What do you guys think? Is there something you’d add or remove? I’d love to know everyone’s thoughts. What are your core tenets that should be worked on daily?

One other I incorporate is Health - similar to Fitness - but more focused on being dialled in on nutrition. I've noticed how much of an improvement I feel when nutrition is on point in combination with fitness.
Bought: Off the market dating system for private account?
I recently bought a dating system and I’ve followed it properly. I’m confident with the platform now and I understand how it’s meant to work for dating. One thing I’m struggling with is this I can do everything confidently on a private Instagram account, but not in the same way on a public one. For example - I’m comfortable posting social and party style photos on a private account - I’m comfortable having photos with other women on a private account - I feel more relaxed showing a social lifestyle there On a public profile, I don’t feel comfortable posting pre selection photos with other women or party photos. That’s the main block. What I’ve already done - I’ve created a hot list of women around my area in London - I’ve organised them into different collections - I understand how to curate and improve my private profile - I can post strong photos and build a solid private Instagram easily The problem - My profile is private, so I can’t directly DM/invite people to events yet - I know what Michael teaches and I understand the process - But everything I’m confident doing works better on a private account than a public one My questions - If I’m running a strong private Instagram, how exactly should I grow my audience the right way - How do I build social proof and a solid reputation without relying on public pre selection photos - If it’s too early to invite them to events, what kind of messages should I be sending instead - How do I warm things up naturally and move towards real life social circles over time I’d appreciate advice from anyone who has run a strong private profile successfully and knows how to bridge this gap.? @Moa Client Success @Moa Admin

Just go public - You'll realise how absolutely nobody cares about what you put on your profile. I went through hesitation at the start as well.. the most comments from friends or family I got was either... "lucky you" or "how?". But the vast majority of people just don't care.
Instagram grid for review
Hi all, are there any coaches available to review my instagram grid? https://www.instagram.com/gedifashionicon/

There's a few good photos on there - but even those could do with some better editing. Use lightroom with some of their presets. Try to find some better locations that make the photos pop. Also make sure photos are cropped to the 4x5 ratio and can clearly see what you want to see right on the grid. Poses look good 😀
