I have heard Michael say many times that the top 1% of men are so rare that they can have multiple girlfriends. This topic is very interesting, and I see many benefits of having multiple girlfriends and not just one. So that makes me curious: do you want to have one girlfriend only or multiple?

The equivalent of the friend zone for a woman is being a side chick. If a man is in the friend zone he is useful, but undesirable. He will be used for the boyfriend energy and security, while it isn't necessary for the woman to share intimacy with said guy. If a woman is a side chick she is desirable, but uninvestable. She will be used for intimacy, but won't get the ring, house, and family. Never be in the friend zone and always be conscious of the categories where women will belong. Onwards Gentlemen.

Everyday accomplish some wins. Have spiritual wins: meditation, self-reflection, prayer (if it's appropriate for you). Accomplish mental wins: Reading, writing, studying and learning new topics. And have physical wins: Running, walking, going to the gym, fighting lessons. No one cares about your struggles, as a man you will only be seen until you "make it." Your choice is either to be miserable, or understand that you need to do what needs to be done. Remember Gentlemen, although we all start at 0, at the bottom of the mountain, we have the freedom to become what we desire. The price is accepting the struggles and anyway moving forward.
