An answer from last week's Q&A session.
During Q&A Professor James showed how to escape from cross body side control. Great details on using your shoulder position. Looking forward to learning more at Saturday's Q&A sessions.

I too am not big and advanced in years. I love this earthquake method, looks to save more energy instead of a large bump. Thank you Professor James!
Testimonials
If you have had a class with me or you’ve learned something from me that helped you, I would be grateful to hear about your experience. Doesn’t have to be long. What did you like about what you learned and how did it benefit you? What was your experience like? I would also love to hear about anything that I could do better. Thank you, it means a lot if you take the time. I know you are all busy. ❤️

I was at your seminar at originals. I really appreciate your teaching methods and patience. 2 takeaways for me were Upa - looking at 12 and picking a spot to keep my eyes on. Guard pass - constant forward pressure Those 2 subtle details have taken both scenarios to the next level. Thank you!
A focus for the week (round review)
This week in training, let’s all take 30 seconds after each training round to review what happened during that round. What went well and what went wrong? This practice will serve you well when you are trying to decide what to focus on learning.
