Working my internal balance as well as the external. The calm within while the storm & chaos swirling around me.
Day 6: Daily Discipline | October Challenge
Discipline means showing up even on the days we don’t feel like it. When movement becomes a daily habit, it frees us from stiffness and pain, helping us move with strength and ease. After your session, share one benefit you’ve noticed from staying consistent.

The Container Concept: A Simple Way to Declutter
As I presented some October challenges, decluttering seemed to be very popular. So I wanted to share a few simple tips to help anyone moving forward in their pursuit to declutter. Every space has a natural limit, a container. Whether it’s a drawer, a shelf, or your wardrobe, the container decides how much you can keep, not you. When something no longer fits, it’s time to choose what truly earns its place. Try this today: pick one container, maybe a bookshelf, your bathroom shelf, or a kitchen drawer, and let it guide what stays. You’ll be amazed at how freeing this simple rule can be. What container are you starting with?
