Hi yall I just found out abt box breath at rest after exhale i feel like triskelion idk if any 1 feel the same. Last night while I study @Lukas Kulbis 9:9:9:9 box breath im is a fan of it too and the image how triskelion made feel like how when we exhale then rest feel like when triskelion coil split into another 2 spiral down my lung but more like after lung at rest went down lower belly pass lung.
