Hi, I'm Ethan Copp based in Palmer, Alaska. The most interesting place I've ever taken a breath was an offshore oil platform named Anna that I was working on. The industrial stench combined with the freshness of the cold Alaskan sea surrounding us was very interesting. Currently I am focused on outdoor and environmental education as I am a field instructor for a school and pursuing a masters in the field. Breath is a fundamental practice and is an important part of my teaching. I'm sure Coherence will help upgrade my teaching and my personal practice.

Hi breathwork makes me anxious looking to learn more just a normal guy.

I'm Ryan from the Scottish highlands and I've been using Coherence for a few months now. I had already been doing vagus nerve work and pranayama breathing for a while and managed to go from housebound barely able to sit up, to skating again this summer, so I am pretty convinced on nervous system being the real key to health now. Coherence has been a great level up so far and I would say is the reason I managed to quit smoking 2 months ago, as well as manage my ADHD and stay focused on studies. My goal now is to keep regulating to further improve my condition and to be able to help others with my condition as dysregulation is a huge part of it that is far too often ignored. Grateful to be here!
